Terms of Service

Effective date: 22 September 2026

By creating a profile or using this job-search assistant ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service helps you apply to matching jobs: an administrator uploads job descriptions, the assistant filters them against the profile and preferences you set, and creates personalised application emails for matching jobs as drafts in your Gmail. The Service does not send or submit applications on your behalf.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to apply to jobs you are not qualified for, to send spam or misleading content, to misrepresent who you are, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Each application you review and send is your own responsibility.

4. Access & permissions

To function, the Service needs your consent to access Gmail (and, where shown, Google Sheets) through Google's own permission screen. You grant that consent when you authorise the connection, and you can revoke it at any time from your Google account settings.

5. No guarantee of results

The Service helps draft applications but does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any particular outcome. Generated drafts may contain errors; you should review and edit them before sending. You use the Service at your own discretion.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability & changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Your data on leaving

You may stop using the Service at any time. On request, the administrator will offboard your account, revoke connections, and delete your profile and associated data (subject to applicable backup/legal retention).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss caused by reviewing, editing, or sending application drafts, or by interruptions or errors in the Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the administrator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where law requires otherwise.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact Pratik Nandan via the contact details on your Google consent screen or through the administrator who invited you.
