Privacy Policy

Effective date: 22 September 2026

Summary: This service creates draft job-application emails in your own Gmail for matching jobs. We never send emails on your behalf without your review, we share nothing publicly, and you can withdraw access at any time. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use your data

Your data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. We do not share your personal information except with the service providers that make the service work (see below), under your instruction, or where required by law.

3. Service providers

Each provider receives only the minimum data needed for its function (for example, task text for text generation, or draft content for delivery into your Gmail).

4. Retention

We keep your profile and draft records while your account is active. We keep your token to sign you back in. You may stop using the service at any time; your Gmail access can be revoked directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections.

5. Your choices & rights

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Account tokens are stored per-user and are not viewable by other users. Only you and the authorised administrator can act on your account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.

7. Children

This service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects changes. Questions or requests, including deletion: contact Pratik Nandan — use the contact email shown on your Google consent screen, or reach out via the administrator who invited you.
